They installed a Worcester air con unit into late night bar. Quoted price was better than the local competitors, engineer text to give an estimated time of arrival, was very clean, polite and hard working. The air con, engineers and customer service was second to none. Highly recommended.

Having had a new boiler installed by Paynes I have now been waiting over a month for 3 radiators to be fitted. As a consequence I have been without central heating for more than 4 weeks and already into my guarantee period with the new boiler without knowing if it is fully functioning. Failure to close the side vent off meant the inside of the boiler has been exposed to the elements during this time although this was resolved on Thursday.I am still waiting to be contacted with a date for this work to be completed. Communication appears to be a major issue even on a costly job as this is.
