Daniel arrived as expected, explained the issue and solution, quote was reasonable. He worked quickly to repair the pipe. Friendly service. This is the second time I contacted Black Mountain Plumbing. I will not hesitate to contact them again. Larry/David arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem which did not require extensive work to resolve. Thank you for your excellent work. Congrats to Black Mountain Plumbing on 20th year anniversary. 2017-01-18 James Kim changed out the shower cartridge which had some frozen parts. He made sure everything was done correct and cleaned up the area thoroughly before he left. He also on his own tutored me how to do certain things properly if I ever needed to do them in the future. James is very professional, courteous and an excellent company representative. I will certainly ask for him for any future work to be done. 2019-07-29 Daniel arrived on-time, was very friendly, professional and work efficient. He was able to do additional work not scheduled without hesitation. He left me with great ideas on how to prevent problems in other areas of the house. I will definitely call to have this preventative work done in the near future. Most highly recommend.

Black Mountain Plumbing is such a pleasure to work with. They schedule appointments promptly, confirm in email and text, and then send both an email and text when the plumber is on his way -- and he calls! My plumber, Solomon, was terrific. Efficient, delightful, and explained everything. I was given an estimate prior to his proceeding and he followed up immediately afterwards with estimates of other work we discussed as possible. I highly recommend them.

How about with the HIGHLY professional and awesome crew? All top notch, all respectful and all very knowledgeable in their field. We can't thank Scott and the guys enough for the quick, last minute work they performed on our newly renovated building to help us get up and running.
