Two days before Christmas I discovered damp carpets in the bathroom of my 88 year old mother's home. I called Mr Young at 8.50am. He was at the house by 9.10am. He left shortly afterwards to get a piece of equipment, returned and completed the repair by 10.00am. Astonishing service by any standards. Thank you!

Contacted for a repair and quote. Agreed a time when the company would attend but no-one did. When I phoned to find out what happened received no apology. Decided not to proceed as this does not bode well for getting work done.
