I contacted Stephens Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning yesterday evening after I learned that my water heater was leaking. Since it was after hours, I decided to wait until the next day to have someone come out. I had planned to call to set an appointment for today, but Stephens was really on top of it and contacted me right when they opened. It was easy to get the appointment scheduled and I was pleased that there was no charge for the initial evaluation/estimate. Luis came out to give the estimate and I have to say that he was awesome. He was very thorough and I really appreciated the time that he took to explain what he was doing and more importantly, he "schooled" me on how to perform annual maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of my new water heater. Yes they are good plumbers no doubt here. They have done a lot of repairs in our whole condo building. Many many leaks. Friendly. I believe I know all of their names. They have also done work in my unit and did a fine job. They clean up their mess too. Can't think of anything else to add.

I see these guys all over town. Our water heater broke down. The moment we got a replacement part we called them over, they came the next day, got a guy named Luis. As he drained and replaced the part he had helpful advice that I won't expand on here. I'm surprised how quickly all of this went.

Jose and Cory were courteous and professional. They took care of a nasty root problem blocking our main drain. Also, they were super helpful in cleaning up the mess in our son's downstairs shower. Thank you for the wonderful and professional service!
