Our old gas combi boiler gave up in the middle of the Easter weekend. With no expectation of being able to get help at such short notice, Derek was out with us in less than an hour (on a holiday Saturday!!!), was happy to give us lots of options (without ever sounding like we were being 'sold to') and, after agreement on the best new boiler type & price etc, came back within a couple of days to install it. Incredible service! Derek is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, did what he said he would when he said he would, and did it all really well. I have no hesitation in recommending him. 5 stars...

Came home and had problems with my gas hob. I phoned a few gas engineers and only this company was able to offer me an emergency call-out. The engineer arrived and we both decided it was for the best to get a new replacement hob. The next day at the agreed time he came and fitted the new gas hob. He collected it, fitted it and took away the old one. Professional customer service throughout. Affordable prices also. I received a gas safety certificate for the work completed. I highly recommend this company and will be getting all my work in future.

PLEASE BE AWARE! If I could leave no stars I would! I was enquiring to see if this company could take a look at my boiler. On the phone I was told to send a screenshot of my boiler, which I did. Not at any point of this conversation was I told that an engineer would be calling at my address. I was also not at home when the engineer called out to my address and is now trying to charge me a £85.00 call out fee which was NEVER mentioned. You simply cannot charge someone without telling them the consequences of potentially using a service. I also did not say it was okay to come to my address either. The engineer just thought it was okay to call of his own accord. Now the engineer is threating me over Whatsapp as well. How professional - NOT! Disgrace to say the least! I personally would not recommend this to anyone, ever!

Had my heating fixed quickly. Reasonable rates also considering Saturday evening. Very happy.

Came home from work to find my boiler out of action, my normal engineer fitted a new oil pump over a year ago and being the hapless eegit I am I could not work out where the bleeder screw was on the new pump. My normal engineer wouldn't come out just said I've just had a shower so I am done for the day (He lives only 5 minutes away from me.) Phoned around and Derek, whilst out on a call with a couple of hours work ahead of him got me to send him some photos of the boiler, and he came straight back with the much needed advice, and 10 minutes later boiler up and running. Of the 6 different people I phoned he was by far and away the most helpful, particularly given it was after 7pm on a Monday night. He is now coming out to give the oil boiler the once over for me and is now going to get all my work going forward. Thanks a million Derek, that's what I call good customer service, see you next week.
