Excellent knowledge of Worcester Bosch boilers. This was the 5th appointment to fit a Hive controller (the first from RSK). Nobody had been able to do it before, but their knowledge far outstripped the previous engineers from other companies. Hive is now up and working. Wish I'd called them first!
Please get a price for the job before you use this firm. The labour charges are an absolute rip off. £96 per visit, regardless of how long the job takes. They made two visits totalling approximately 1 HR 10 minutes and charged us £192 just for labour. I've complained and was threatened with the small claims court and removal of the part. Great customer service guys.
