Phoned Les Maclean yesterday for a non - urgent plumbing problem. Immediate response, and a same -day appointment made. Given a timing for the plumber to arrive, the timing was exact. Plumber Jim Nicholson, quickly identified the problem, and kept us informed of what he was doing at every step of the way, and keen to seek our approval for any action which would add to cost. At the end of the repair, Jim gave us instructions about monitoring the situation, as he was keen to assure us that his work had been completed professionally, but also pointed out that previous work (another company) may not have been to his standards. In future I will not be looking any further than Les Maclean for any plumbing work, and will ensure that he receives a high recommendation to friends, neighbours, and my wider network, to use his services.
