Mike Kimble Plumbing

Mike Kimble Plumbing was our go to for plumbing needs. Historically they have been very professional, courteous, and timely. However, during our latest call a few things happened that soured our experience with them. We had no idea they start charging in hourly increments as soon as they dispatch a plumber. In addition, my wife was out when she called their office. Person on the other end mentioned it would take the plumber 45 min to get to our place. He showed up in 15 min and waited till my wife got home in another 15 min. We were initially charged for the full hour. They took off 30 min after we complained. The plumber did not correctly install any of the 2 popup stopper in our sinks. Both of them get stuck if you go up and down with them a few times. In addition, one of them was installed with the lift-rod sticking half-way even with the pop-up plug pushed up. That is just not right. Their hourly charges are on the higher end. Historically, this was justified due to their outstanding efficiency and workmanship. However, this time around they were slow in getting their stuff done and the work was not up to par. We are quite disappointed with this business and will look for a different plumbing company for future plumbing needs.

Kimble came highly recommended by my realtor who sold me my home. I called them because my toilet was leaking. Plumber came out and it was free to look at it. He found the problem and said it was flaunge. He said it wd be 300 dollars i said i don't have money right now i will just use my other 2 bathrooms. He calls me agin it so happened i new his family he said i will put a screw on it it will last for s couple of months. Im. Not going to charge you for the screw. I thanked him 1 week later I received a bill for 113. I called them in explained to them what happened thry didnt care. I paid them cause I didnt want to argue I called them today to fix heater he flar out refused. I would never recommend him. There not honest.

Great service- been using them for years. Mikey secured our water heater properly and checked out other plumbing issues for a home we have in escrow. Very professional and knowledgeable. We are ready to go thanks to Kimball's prompt response
