So, I called Andy with a shower not running hot. He talked me through the issue, likely a failed thermostatic cartridge, how to turn off my hot water, and, having bought a second hand one I replaced myself, without having to even pay for a callout. Brilliant support, kept my costs down. I can't recommend his helpful and brilliant attitude enough. A breath of fresh air.
