Martin was really helpful, giving me quotes for different options so I could pick the one best suited to our needs and budget. He took time to explain each option to me, making sure I was comfortable with my choice. When it came to choosing a time for installation he was very flexible, and agreed to start early and finish late to complete the job in one day to make things easier for me. He left everything clean and tidy, a very positive plumbing and heating experience!
