Ignite Gas

Had a boiler problem after I'd drained the system for amended pipework. A quick call resulted in some unsolicited free advice as the engineer suggested how I could resolve myself rather than incur a callout charge. This is good, honest, old fashioned customer service and I can see why the company is highly recommended on local facebook group. I shall use Ignite in future as my first port of call for CH maintenance.

Great and helpful service. Highly informative and explains why and what. They fitted a new boiler last year with little fuss. Neat work and kept up informed as to when they would be undertaking the work. Our system is no75% efficient - and lower bills.

I have never met such an untrustworthy cowboy plumber as ignite gas. I employed the services of this business to repair or replace my gas fire and back boiler in one of my properties in Crookes Sheffield. They informed me the appliance was old and no parts available to fix it. I agreed to have the boiler replaced and Craig set a date to install me a new boiler. That's when I got compliant phone calls from my student tenants saying he was rude when he was there, and he kept leaving to go other places all the time. They then sent me a photo of how he left the house each day, when I questioned ignite gas about the shoddy work method he just tried to crack jokes to win me over. Eventually, the boiler was replaced 2 weeks later but left my tenants without heating or hot water for all this time. The nightmare never ends, 2 water leaks later and one breakdown of the new boiler I decided to get another plumbing and heating company in to rectify the shoddy cowboy efforts of ignite gas. This was my expensive lesson in using this second rate company,
