Dongard Group

A lad came out to look at the job that we had already had a quote for. He said he needed to get the parts and would get back in contact with us, this was before Easter. We did not hear anything back. We have rang them twice and have been told we will find out what is happening with the job. Still not heard anything back. If you didn't want the job why not say. Unreliable

Stay away. I asked Dongard to provide assistance on a relatively simple plumbing job for my elderly mother-in-law. After appointment changes, plumbers twice visiting the property to leave having done nothing and excuses from the lady on the phone, Dongard finally stopped answering my calls, hung up on me, didn't return messages and refused to call me with updates. Stay away... use anyone else! 1 star is not low enough!

Dongard heating and plumbing fitted my new boiler with a 10 year warranty, i had to write a review as i was so impressed with the service. Engineers were very efficient and tidy, thank you for a very quick and efficeient job. Keep up the good work.
