DYNO Plumbing Scotland

We needed an emergency plumber for a burst pipe in our house in Glasgow. Plumber was with us within the hour and repaired the leak first time. Great job, thanks again.

We had a blockage in our drains and dyno came to jet clear this was unsuccessful, hence they subsequntly to perform CCTV diagnostics. The recommendation was open excavation, at a cost of £850. This is a lot of money, so we got two more quotes. One company advised they should repeat the above, and would refund these costs if they were unable to clear the problem without open excavation. Lo-and-behold they succeeded. Not only could the problem be solved without open excavation, but the blockage was in fact in a seperate locations from Dynos proposed excavation site, hence the £850 would have been an expensive waste of time. It wasn't until the second team came out, (who took considerably longer and checked more sites - including out on the street) that I realised how Dyno rushed their jobs to get things done quickly, rather than properly.
