1st class experience using this company. Office staff were very helpful, polite, plumber fixed all issues. Wouldn’t hesitate using there services again.

brand new bathroom installed by this service. bad quality work, work people never listened to my problem so my bath flooded again, workman who never listened to me the first time repaired it with attitude then it broke again, charged all 3 times for bad work. some seals not done, fittings with 2cm gaps, water extraction pipe not aligned. everyone blaming another persons work when it was all done brand new by this company.

Very poor experience, I do not recommend and advise you to find another company. This company will cause you numerous issues - we had a simple bathroom refit which was poorly coordinated with shoddy workmanship. They caused five leaks and refused to take responsibility with very poor after care. Stay clear!

Used to use them for many years but poor service now. Called out to sort boiler. Did not examine boiler with cover off but did some checks said was fine . Paid them. Problem recurred , came out and charged again! Avoid this company.

I have had Horn plumbers in the house 6 times at least and each time I have to have them back again to fix it again.. This latest issue is the straw that broke the camels back. A few months ago I discovered a small leak in a water supply line leading to a refrigerator . It'l now been looked at twice in 3months and they(Horn) are about to come again today . In this case there is a significant damage to surrounding walls and cabinetry. I will be seeking legal advice on this. Regards. William. Spangler, Bearsden.
