RA Plumbing & Tiling

Workmanship was good, however we were not happy with the toilet supplied and he was very helpful with advice on which website to look at and also advised which toilet to purchase as nearest fit. We were encouraged to purchase the toilet and were assured that he would come back and fit it. The new toilet has now been sitting in the bathroom for two months now and RA Plumbing & Tiling have only responded to one of my many phone calls/voice mails,text messages and emails during this period. This was to inform me when they would be coming to fit the toilet - they didn't turn up on the dates as advised and didn't have the courtesy to ring with an apology. Since then,I have tried unsuccessfully on a number of occasions to contact them. They were very quick to send emails with an invoice attached for payment but it would appear that once you have paid your money, this company aren't interested in sorting any problems for you. Unreliable and terrible with communication, wouldn't reccomend this service to anyone.
