From my experience: competent , professional and arrive on time.

I had a nightmare with a boiler breakdown during the recent cold weather! Of all the people I called Shackleton were the most helpful by far. They came out to see me the same day, the engineer identified the problem quickly and he had the spare part in his van. The repair was complete and I had hot water again within 40mins, I was most impressed!

SWL installed a heating system in my house and were very professional, competent, knowledgeable and quick. I will look to use them in the future for any plumbing or electrical work.

Shackleton Wintle & Lane do a fair amount for us where I work, through Tom Ayland and Tom Prosser. They are fantastic! always super quick to reply to jobs, really friendly and no job is too big or too small. Really cant sing their praises enough, and that reflects on the company as a whole as well. Would not hesitate to call them out for any job.

Long-standing customer who has not had telephone call returned and they were most put out that I expected to be called back within 3.5 hours! Very poor customer handling, not the individuals fault, training required.
