All I can say to anyone looking for a replacement for their hot water tank: it worked for me and I'd do it again! Doug(owner) answered his phone at 8:00 am Monday and replaced my hot water heater later that day. I greatly appreciated it as I noticed it leaking late Sunday evening. I showed him pictures and he gave me an estimate. Justin(tech) came by early afternoon and did a great job installing it. I really can't say enough about their fair prices(exactly as quoted) and prompt service.
Outstanding service! Requested multiple quotes one evening and received a few quick responses. All were higher than Dougs. Doug followed up with a phone call the next morning. We discussed my needs and he sent me a final quote. Tech was out to do the work later that afternoon. Would definitely use this company again....but hopefully not for another 20 years!
My water heater was pouring water from the bottom and was rusted. I had gotten a few people to look at it and Doug with The Water Heater Company was so professional and took the time to explain so much. Even though we have appliance Insurance before we found him we were still going to have to pay allot out of pocket. After contacting him our new water heater was in with extras in no time. No one could compare to The Hot Water Heater Company's prices by far and they use they same water heaters the others do. Very professional, knowledgeable and above average quality in workmanship. Our water heater suddenly stopped working after fifteen years of use. After spending most my Sunday getting quotes "The Hot Water Heater Company" had a new one installed in the next day and passed City inspection with "flying colors". They are honest, trustworthy and answered the many questions I unloaded on them. Very very affordable compared to the other quotes.
