Doesn't know how to make a magna filter accessible, can't plaster/skim walls after installing a boiler and also can't terminate a condesation pipe of the boiler correctly as it is curgently rotting a customers conservatory roof... p.s it should be terminated in a soakaway as the water is acidic and will eat away at the conservatory roof... Also all phones are down or at least they refuseem to answer... shocking service to say the least!!!! Swindons worse heating engineers....
