I have nothing but good things to say about the Home Inspection Specialist team. They were friendly and very professional. My home was a pretty old one so they took the time needed to do a thorough inspection. I was very happy with there work and so were the new buyers of the home. They also came back and performed a mold inspection which was well needed. Thumbs up to Shaun and Dennis for doing an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!

Shaun was great. Very nice, friendly, and extremely informative guy. He really knows his stuff and went out of his way to help us out with our project... After finding mold and mildew underneath our kitchen sink originating from a slow leak in the pipes leading to our kitchen faucet, Shaun gave us multiple options on how we could take care of the problem. He never Pressured us, just simply gave us possible options and information for us to make decisions. He definitely went out of his way to go the extra mile, and we highly recommend him.

I called Shaun at Home Inspection Specialist after discovering I had MOLD in my home. He came out that same day and inspected my home in a timely effective manner and using special cameras and testing equipment, he was able to determine the type of mold I had and what it was caused from. He educated me on different treatments that could be done to remediate the Mold. He gave me different options on how treat it and keep it affordable. He tested my home and explained the test and what they meant we they came from the lab. He and his workers were clean and kept my home in a safe and clean condition at all times. My Allergy problems have greatly decreased since the mold has been remediated and it gives me great peace of mind, knowing that the mold no longer exists. I highly recommend this company????
