Fairford Heating were quick, helpful and polite. They made replacing our entire heating system an enjoyable experience! Stuart was very honest when it came to recommending what heating system would best suit our house. No more cold spots! Thank you Fairford Heating!

Quick response to our request to fix two leaking taps and a faulty toilet - Steve came to fix these and he was quick, efficient and helpful. I can't fault the service from the initial phone conversation with the office to getting the job completed! Many thanks Fairford Heating.

Have used Fairfords in the past and found them excellent and efficient Unfortunately not any more.We needed bathroom tiles and flooring replaced due to water damage. The new bath and shower went well although it took a long time for them to get started. The flooring putting damaged skirting right was awful. It took weeks all kinds of excuses and Stuart wouldn’t even reply to emails and phone calls from the tenant living there. They had to move out in the end as it was unsafe with a 2yr old and gaps left in the floor. It took months rather than weeks for the project to be completed. Very disappointed and would not use again. They should stick to Boilers not Bathrooms
