Anthony was polite and friendly. He worked hard to do the job and explained things as necessary. As an ex-trainer I was impressed with how he managed and spoke to the apprentice Seb.
The Thompson "dream team" arrived this morning, quietly and with smiling faces and a very pleasant manner, replaced our boiler for a shiny new one, explained how it worked and were gone early afternoon. That's what I call darned good customer service with a smile! Thank you
Had to contact Thompson’s to arrange Boiler Service as had not been contacted when service due. Engineer arrived on arranged date, was polite and efficient and completed after talking us through his recommendations. Altogether, a good service but not yet 5-Star

Service completed in quick time and by a lovely fella. Identified potential faults that may occur due to boiler age and made a note for future.
