Excellent work but the exemplory customer service ended abruptly as soon as the job was complete - very disappointing.

Contacted Beeson re a problem with hot water system, engineer arrived within the hour and faulty valve replaced with spares carried on the van. No wasted time fetching one! Job completed and tested within the hour, presentable, professional and very competitively priced. Would recommend to anyone and they are now my number 1 choice having had polar opposite experiences with a number of others in the area. I have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

What a great guy. Had an emergency with the boiler not working, he couldn't come to resolve the problem that day as was fully booked but he stopped his van there and then to talk me through the likely faults, taking time and effort out of his valuable day for no reward. Also recommended another engineer who could come out same day and resolve. What a local hero!
