Chris provided an excellent emergency service for my very elderly mum who had a flooded loo when I was away on holiday. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. His repair work was very efficient and most importantly kept her reassured and sent me videos keeping me in the loop. Highly recommended.

Got in touch with Chris via the previous owner of the house I've just bought. Wanted him to fit a grey water pump in my basement so I could use the old coal scuttle as a utility space for washing and drying clothes. Having already received one quote for fitting the pump that would have made the project way to expensive to bother with, I wasn't optimistic. Chris arrived to quote. He understood exactly what I wanted with no fuss. Told me to buy the pump. I informed Chris when it arrived. I left a key for him on fitting day. I never even saw him. Chris got in contact when the job was completed and I came home to job done. Exactly the kind of no nonsense tradesman we all dream of. Would recommend him to anyone.

Chris replaced our Kitchen sink and taps. First class job and we were so pleased he was bothered to do such a small job to a really high standard. Would highly recommend him.... A++++
