Professional, polite and knowledgeable. I called on the Sunday and by 2pm Monday my problem was fixed. He kept me informed of what he was doing, gave me some tips on how to avoid problems in the future and threw in some advice about an unrelated issue I was tackling myself. Very fair price and a friendly service. Recommended by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to do the same. Thanks, Paul!
