We selected Thoroughbuild to install a new kitchen when we moved into our current home last year. Excellent job carried out with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience! Since then they have become our default renervation provider for jobs large and small. Latest on the list, a leak under the bathroom floor. Located, fixed, job done! Always professional. Always competitive. Always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation.
We used thoroughbuild for our bathroom renovation and fireplace extension. From the point of first contact right through to the final project they couldn’t have been more professional. Fred, Sarah and Mark are so friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. The bathroom looks amazing and our fireplace is just how we wanted it. I couldn’t recommend them enough, a tradesman that actually doesn’t mess you around and gets back to you is one to use!
We had Fred round to fix a number of small leaks in our heating which all got done very quickly. When the boiler finally packed up we got Fred back to replace it. While Fred can take credit for the quality of the installation I’m not sure he was responsible for the heat wave that followed! We’ve already recommended Thoroughbuild to friends and will be asking Thoroughbuild to quote on renovating our bathroom.
We can’t recommend Thoroughbuild enough, Fred & Mark replaced our boiler this week and did a fantastic job, it turned out to be a very challenging job, but they remained very professional and calm and big thanks to Fred for not giving up on our persistent airlock! We will not hesitate to use Thoroughbuild again.
We had Fred round three times to fix a rad, do boiler service and to replace our thermostat. We would definitely recommend him to others as he is an experienced plumber and is reliable and friendly.
