I have just had my new boiler fitted by this family run business 14/8/19. From the very first phone call to Come to my hour of need. The experience was polite and professional. Roberts son who fitted the boiler, worked very hard in getting the old one out & commissioning the new boiler in. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a hard working & honest company.

We invited several companies to quote but Robert Widdrington stood out for his knowledge and customer service and although his quote was not the lowest we were confident that we would be in good hands. This was confirmed when Calum arrived on time and worked efficiently to install our new Viessmann boiler. He replaced a confusing jumble of old pipework with new neatly laid pipes and left the boiler area tidy. He completed all the tests on the system and gave us a clear explanation of how to use the boiler and thermostat. We have no hesitation in recommending this local family firm and hope to use them in the future.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Early start as advised, Calum worked very hard in a small and difficult area to replace a boiler. Robert followed up with work. He is a gentleman. Very reasonably pricing and speedy service all round. Highly recommended!

The job was completed quickly without mess The firm was easy to deal with in terms of communication i.e speedy friendly responses As it’s summer we haven’t turned on the heating but Robert has promised help if necessary with the mobile thermostat. I’d definitely recommend the service
