Town and Country Classics

We recently had our bathroom done. Do not use this man who seemed very helpful and nice to start with but not only was he rude and unprofessional he had been putting masking tape and grout down our toilet which eventually created a massive blockage in the toilet and ended up costing us £150 for a plumber to rectify it right near Christmas. This caused the whole family a huge amount of inconvenience and stress. He never turned up until 10.00 and was gone by 2.00pm. I even had to phone him one day to see if he was actually coming at all! Very disappointed and would never use him again. He even told me he was short of money and needed to be paid ASAP. I was glad to see the back of him. A job that he said would be finished in 2 weeks ended up being a month. I feel we should be reimbursed for this and will seek professional advice if not.

Dreadful. I was stupid enough to give them an advance payment, and then a further payment in the middle of the work, following which they never turned up again, leaving us with a partially finished kitchen.
