Amazing service. Came around one day to inspect the old boiler. The next day Ian came around and fitted a new ideal boiler. Very professional. Knew the boiler inside out. Very clear instructions on how to use the boiler and the new thermostat. Couldn't recommend these guys enough cleaned up as they went along and we very friendly and respectful of the property. Our boiler was on its last legs, our water was taking forever to warm and temperature kept dropping, it got to the point when ever we had a shower the boiler cut out. Enough was enough we called smart plumbing who booked us in as soon as they could, polite, thorough, knowledgeable and many more positives explain the service we received. After the Quick quote, they fitted us a new boiler, best thing ever now have instant and constant hot water Would recommend to anyone, definitely 5 star service, with a smile.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Came out to see me twice before doing the job. Came and did it at short notice too. Always answered the phone to me ( some plumbers don't believe it or not!) .Great communication all around and a great job.

I used smart plumbing to change my boiler, from the 1st call I new I was in safe hands. After speaking with Karl on the phone for a good 20 minutes I new I was talking to someone who new his business and products very well. After coming to a very competitive price on a new ideal logic plus 30kw boiler the installation was carried out in the next couple of days with Ian coming out to do a quick survey to make sure the gas supply was correct and didn't need upgrading. On the actual day of install everything went as planned with Ian and Karl both turning up on time and finishing the job to a very high standard. I couldn't of been happier with choosing smart plumbing to do this job for me and I would highly recommend them to anybody.
