There is always something that needs doing in a property and I was delighted to find Brian a few years ago at Parkland Property Services. He is able and willing to tackle most jobs both large and small. He is always cheerful and efficient in all he does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Mr Rogers has made my lounge, hall, stairs and kitchen lovely again. The paint job is pucker and the feature wall paper looks great. The quote was reasonable and the work was carried out without a hitch. Thanks Mr R.

I requested a quote from Parkland Property Services which all went well the quote was received in a timely and proffesional manner. I instructed Brian to go ahead with the work and he informed me that he was booked up for a couple of months, which was absolutely fine as the job wasn't urgent. A few weeks later I emailed Brian and told him that I won't be needing his services as the tenant in the property offered to do the painting themselves. The tenants did not do the painting and are now moving out of the property. I therefore emailed Brian asking if his quote is still valid and if so would I be able to book him in again for the work. To which I received a very Sulky reply simply saying " sorry cannot help". I appreciate he might not be able to do the job due to other commitments, however he could have made an effort with a more client friendly reply. Instead of coming across as if he is sulking because I cancelled him before.
