The initial set up for the appointment was a little bit hectic but once that was settled the experience was great. Mark, the plumber that came out was courteous, he explained everything he was doing and the purpose for why he did it. He was very informative and knowledgeable. After he was done he explained my options thoroughly. If all of their plumbers are this professional, I highly recommend this company.

I am so impressed with the thorough and professional service from your company, but I am mostly grateful and appreciative of the efficient and personal care your employees showed throughout the entire process. Leon and Moe explained everything in detail to us before any work was done, and they were so careful to have everything done correctly. It seems unheard of to call and get service all in the same day, not waiting! We are so thankful to have the work done correctly and have the peace of mind moving forward with all of our drains. The communication to set up our appointment was flawless and the technician arrived within the scheduled window! He was very friendly and personable (drawing a blank on his name unfortunately!) He explained what he was doing and double checked his work, we were lucky to have a very minor problem but I appreciate the technician being so thorough and letting me know what was going on. Overall the company and our technician provided amazing service and great experience! Set up was easy, things were prompt and on time and having someone arrive that you feel comfortable letting into your home is a huge plus!

He was great explaining what was going on, how this happened, what he’s going to do to fix it and what we can do to prevent it in the future. He was professional and quick. He was honest in telling us that it’s going to happen again— though not in the near future. At least when if it happens again years from now— we know what’s going on and who to call!

I had a main line clog, and water was backing up and pouring out of the bathroom shower pan. After some initial cleanup, I called Rescue Rooter and was pleasantly surprised to hear they could arrive within 90 minutes (on a Saturday). Armando, the tech, went straight to work on the issue. He unclogged the main line and explained everything along the way. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommend and very satisfied.
