The engineer was very thorough and efficient. He asked to inspect the flue in the loft space which previous engineers had neglected to do. It involved clambering through a tight space but nothing was too much trouble for him. He also asked if I had a CO2 and smoke alarm. He also phoned to let me know what time he was coming which was helpful. Excellent service.

Always very prompt and efficient. The annual boiler and hot water system check is worth having as it gives you peace of mind. It is a good price for the annual coverage and they are always on hand, being local.

I have had excellent service from this company. Their reception staff are always pleasant and helpful. Their gas engineers are always patient, courteous and explain what they are doing in a way that is easily understood. I will continue to use O'Neil's and would recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service.

Two stars off for NOT putting my mains gas supply back on and re-ignite my boiler AFTER a service. Thought it HAD to be checked as all fully working after the service as well?
