I came home to a dripping ceiling due to a broken valve in the loft - I got Neville's number online as he was the nearest plumber to me with good reviews. He was straight round and fixed the problem before I could finish mopping up the water. Friendly and professional. We have booked him in for the new year to replace our combi boiler.
