I have used Butterfields on numerous actions and as a landlord I require and have received a high level of quick and efficient service
Promised quote after quote, never responded then booked in the job for a week later to then be told the plumber wasn’t happy and wouldn’t be doing the job after all. Held up a site for 5 days, poor communication and unprofessional he had every opportunity to say no on site visit but decided to waste our time instead. Simple job as well so unsure what they are happy doing.
Poorly run outfit with a bad attitude - blames customer for their inability to raise invoices for three months! Avoid.
