Very rude over the phone and when they arrived. Not very knowledgeable asked me a million questions, just looked like a dear caught in headlights. Never again, I have complained to my insurance company.

Abdulr Came out and found a fault. Then when the problem was not resolved came back the same day to ensure we were back up and running with hot water. Very refreshing to deal with someone who was honest and reliable, and it made a change to get regular contact from this company, when normally you have to chase people up. Will be getting back to service our boiler in new year. Would recommend
