My experience with this company was a pleasant surprise. The dispatch receptionist was polite and quick. She sent a technician to my home for a free estimate. Rico my plumber was professional honest and hard-working. He assessed the issues and made the necessary repairs. He and his manager Jim we're able to work with me to give me an affordable price to repair my garbage disposal kitchen faucet and my bathroom sink. I definitely recommend.

Wow, I'm so impressed with Twin Home Experts! Amidst the chaos of moving to a new house, we were informed that there was a small leak in our gas pipes... Ruben from Twin Home Experts came to the rescue!! and so last minute too! He came on a weekend, answered all our questions at 10pm, and then the following day brought his crew with him to swiftly fix the pipes. I was so surprised about their availability and their promptness. I didn't feel worried at all throughout the whole process and everyone was so professional, polite, and hardworking. They even have a 5 year warranty on their services, so that was reassuring. I'll totally recommend Ruben and Twin Home Experts!

Jim was excellent in getting to our rental house free of mold. It was an area of the home that went unnoticed. They addressed the issue right away and cleared out all mold. Great experience!
