Called TVM to have our combi-boiler serviced and they gave me a time and date for an engineer to call. Then got a call to say the engineer had an all day job and they had to rearrange the appointment for 8 am another day for the following week. Then got a call at 8.10 am that morning, from the engineer, to say he had been called out on an emergency job. I later contacted their office and they promised they would get an engineer to me by that afternoon. I said I would give them onemire chance, otherwise I would take our business elsewhere ! I got a call later, at 3.30 pm to say the engineer would be with us within the hour. Half an hour later, they called again, to tell me the engineer had been called back to the job he was on in the morning, but they said they should be able to get someone to us by the evening. At that point, I said enough was enough and we would find someone else. Wasted a whole day ! Absolutely appalling way to run a business !

Lousy service! were supposed to 'service' my boiler basically dusted out the heat exchange nothing more, didnt check the ignition or anything else (which was faulty) then tried to charge me again to come out and look at the boiler and decided to offer me a £400 system clean which was NOT required. Couldn't even bother to reply to my last email when i refused to pay for their poor services.

Let down by previous company , they came out quickly and sorted out my central heating and sensibly priced , Thank you
