This plumbing company is the biggest rip off I've ever dealt with they are thieves And they should be put out of business

Do not recommend them. There was a leak in my living room, whole carpet was wet. Home warranty sent them on a saturday and the person who inspected mentioned that the leak is not from the fresh water as the meter is not moving. He suggested that someone will come on Thursday ( 5 days later) to do a leak inspection. When I called on thursday - their office answered the phone and mentioned that the case is closed as we did not find a leak and they updated the home warranty company. I was furious but the lady on the phone kept on insisting that the notes say ' the case is closed and did not find a leak'. She was not willing to help me in any way other than asking me to deal with my home warranty. I have to reopen the case with HW and by the time I resolved the issue, the carpet is damaged and I have to replace it.
