Con artist. Will not admit his mistakes. Lied to his own insurance to get out of liability. Blatant lier, No respect. He will not pay for anything he damages. We had sewage rising in our bath, sink and shower thanks to Kes. He avoided telling his insurance this fact! Avoid at all cost!
