Very disappointing. We needed some plumbing work done in our office. A chap name Lofty came to have a look and told me he would get a quote to me within a week. This was almost 6 weeks ago and I haven't received a quote or a response to the follow up eamil I sent after 2.5 weeks. Apalling service.

I had a blocked bathroom sink, called Lofty on Wednesday 3rd. of January and he fitted me in the next day. After an hour of gurgling and bad smells (the sink, not Lofty ), a great deal of many years of built up gunge emerged and my sink was running free again. All done with a cheerful smile and final cost was far more reasonable than I expected. I would heartily recommend Lofty. Great service.
