I've used NJT for the past 3 years for the servicing of my boiler. Their customer service has been excellent. I have worked in a customer service role for many years so I can say with some authority that I have been extremely impressed with this company. The engineers that have attended have been extremely professional and informative. Recently, I was most impressed with the advice given to me over the phone to get my boiler working again after pipes froze causing it to shut down. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or to use them again in the future.

We had a new boiler installed and a few other bits. The installers were excellent and did a great job. Steve our plumber went above and beyond to get us our hot water working after a week with the new system being installed.

NJT fitted our new boiler and they were fab. I felt happy to leave them with a key and would highly recommend them!
