We called in the morning and they responded the same day, were at the house by afternoon time. The repairman came and did a diagnostic and ran a color camera providing even more information. He cleared the line, and it took care of the issue all in one trip. Much appreciated.
we needed a plumber to assist us with our water heater. it was time that we had got a new water heater. our water heater was over 12 years old and needed to be replaced quickly. the technicals that came out were very great helped us get the water heater replaced that same day
We needed a plumber to come assist us with a broken main water line. After we realized our main water line was going to be replaced we reached out to ken kolgan plumbing. We liked the fact that they were local to our Home here in North Hollywood. A nice plumber by name Peter came out within a few hours of our initial call and explained to us what needed to be done and had job done fast would use again
Good service and good timing. Said he would be there and he was, and finished the job. A great dude, too. I think I could have beers with this man! Good sense of humor and seems like he just wants to do a good job and help people.
I will only be contacting this company for all other sewer and drain services. I had one of the best experiences ever in the city with this professional company who actually knew how to seal a leak in my sewer. My sewer lines were really soiled and serendipitous, but they’re in great condition now! Thank you so much for saving my day and my wallet!!
