I often listen to Mike Diamonds commercials about 24/7 and availability within a couple hours. I'm only disappointed because "they" set my expectation and when I called them this weekend on a Sunday before a party for kitchen sink clog I was told "we can be there Tuesday, based on availability" this response would have been fine, and I would have gone elsewhere had you not level set my expectations. Sad to say I have you a chance cause your commercials work! But unfortunately some other company got the work done for me! I rarely review but thought I had a go tocompany after hearing adds for years... Unfortunately just another words in advertising scheme.
