Money down the drain. The fee for a simple drainage job was outrageous. Get quotes from elsewhere before using this company. The only positive thing I have to say was the employee who attended to our job was friendly and arrived within 3hrs of the call.
The plumber who was sent to un-clog our drain was a nice bloke but the quote that his boss supplied left a foul smell in the air. The job was very overpriced. Only use this company if you need a plumber absolutely urgently, as to be fair they did come and do the work on the same day.
My experience of this company was not particularly pleasant or professional. Furthermore they were aggressive and bolshy about receiving payment after one day of me receiving the invoice. This was after them postponing work twice.The works seems ok though, we'll see, I have lost some faith...
Were supposed to turn up between 14:00-16:00 to investigate the problem - they didn't bother. Emailed them the following day - didn't hear from them. Save yourself some time and avoid this company.
Got to my flat in under and hour, sorted the problem quickly. Thanks guys.
