I called this company to help balance radiators which they did. The engineer persuaded me that the boiler needed servicing as a regular check even though I said we'd not had any problems with it. So I booked that appointment. An engineer came and told me he'd serviced the boiler but that it was in great working order. He charged me £90. Immediately after his visit there was no hot water. This was not the case before the visit. I have tried to reach the company to ask them to sort it out as we need hot water. But was told by out of hours contact that there were in France and nothing they can do about it. Have reported to Gas Safe Register. Will update if resolved.
