A massive thank you to M Noton and sons plumbers. My boiler gave up the ghost and they fitted a new one at a very reasonable price and before Christmas. Tom was very efficient and provided excellent advice on using the central heating efficiently. I can unreservedly recommend them
Many thanks to Tom and Harry for coming round so promptly to look at our combi boiler. The fault was diagnosed and corrected very quickly. Also got some great advice on improving the overall efficiency of our central heating system. Wonderful friendly service. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone.
Really helpful and a life-saver when the heating went off over Christmas. Happy to come out, spotted the problem immediately (me basically) and all sorted. Would highly recommend.
Boiler packed in Xmas night. Texted in a panic - Mark came round on his return from holiday abroad; - checked out problems, ordered parts and came out on a Sunday morning to sort it all out. Super helpful, at no point took advantage of our predicament, very reasonable, straightforward and reliable. Huge thanks and would recommend Mark and Tom anytime
Booked for a service on our boiler 4 weeks in advance, arranged for someone to be present out our property (we both work). These people never even attempted to attend the property. 9.30 appointment. Rang Mobile and office number left messages, no one returned our calls all weekend. Contacted again on Monday to be told they had to attend a emergency on Friday, that’s why they didn’t attend. I can only assume all phones in that area we’re not working that day or earning hundreds £ attending a emergency is more worthwhile than attending a £90 service. It goes without saying they won’t be contacted again
