Gave a time and price for urgent job then failed to show up. Then claimed that it was a quote only and they had no record of a booking, this despite apparently chasing someone for an ETA an hour earlier.

Truly Thankful for the wonderful service I recieved. 24 hour service is a plus. Tech arrive within 2hrs. He assessed the situation and the tech who arrived was very friendly and informative. He walked me through the entire process and triple checked his work, Thanks!
