Ralph, the engineer, did a service on my boiler. He arrived promptly, carried out the service quickly. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was helpful, polite and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend this company, all interactions with them so far, have been excellent. Some other companies could learn about customer relations from this firm.

Fantastic service with new boiler fitted. Team were tidy, professional and helpful. Also had fitted bathroom year later. From the showroom to fitting, we received a high-class service. Very friendly, professional and I would highly recommend.

Boiler serviced yesterday by Ralph a most well mannered and interesting chap. Rang ahead to confirm arrival time. Service undertaken with no bull. A great ambassador for A1, this is how service should be.

If possible I would give it a zero star. Earlier this year, I had a minor issue with my boiler, they came in, did a check, charged £35 for the check, nothing was fixed at the time, they called back later and quoted £285, they refused to disclose the price of the part when I asked. Then I found another engineer, who did the job nicely and it ONLY costed £50, the part didn't even needed to be replaced. Now I have a nice and working boiler.

Ralph was very friendly and polite. He rang before hand to give me an expected time of arrival. Explained a few things he had to adjust on the boiler. Very helpful.
