My shower and water pressure were not working. i called local plumber nottingham. when they called me back, they asked some diagnostic questions and made their best estimate of the cause. Then they asked me to send a few easy-to-take pictures of the shower valve so that they could locate the needed parts. When the plumber came out, he had the correct parts and was able to fix the shower in the same day. He was knowledgable, shared information readily and was very professional. I would definitely use this plumbing company again.
