We recently used John Allcock Plumbing and Heating for a full bathroom fit out. John and all the team were brilliant from start to finish. They were polite, great at communicating and explaining things, tidy and have done a fantastic job. They pay attention to detail and really listen to what their customers want. I can't fault them at all and highly recommend them.

John explained a number of options and prices for replacing my old gas boiler and programmer and having selected one he quickly arranged a date the following week. The work was completed tidily and efficiently in one day without any problems and continues to do so. I would be more than happy to recommend the company for any similar work.

I contacted John Allcock plumbing on the Facebook page to plum in a washing machine and have a look at a blocked bathroom sink. I got a reply within half an hour of the message along with a quote for the job and was booked in for the same day. It was John himself who came to the appointment and he arrived on time. He even asked if he needed to take his shoes off on the carpet!! He was very professional in his approach and very competent. Once he had finished, he explained everything that he had done and made sure that I was happy. I am very happy to recommend John’s business to anyone who is looking for a professional, competent and efficient plumbing service.

I can’t recommend John and his team highly enough. He put right a leaking wet room that was installed by another installer that turned out to be a cowboy! A job that most companies wouldn’t have touched! He and Scott are professional, reliable, courteous, trustworthy extremely hard working and their work is of a very high standard. I’m very pleased with the result and I’ve recommended him to family and friends.
