Had an emergency call out, late Saturday night. Communication was excellent and the response time very swift. Once on site, the issues were identified and quickly repaired. Throughout we were kept informed of everything that was happening. Left site very tidy
I have used this company several times. A leak, a blocked drain and my boiler failed. Each time they were fast to attend and professional. They appear to have a crew of professionals because each problem was resolved on the first visit. Even the boiler. I didn't have to wait days for spare parts to arrive.
Absolute Top class service and lovely guy. Ben was in the area finishing another job so arrived within 20 mins. Extremely efficient and didn’t make or leave any mess. Thanks Ben. Would definitely use again!!!
